Protac KneedMe® To Go is a portable sensory lap cushion designed to provide deep and dynamic pressure during seated activities.

It is particularly suitable for school-age children and young people who benefit from tactile and proprioceptive input and need a sensory aid that can accompany them between school, home, therapy and leisure activities.

Its 38 mm EVA balls move with the user, continually changing the points of contact and pressure. This dynamic deep pressure stimulates the tactile and muscle-joint senses and provides clear information about the body.

This sensory input can support:

From one setting to another

The defining feature of KneedMe® To Go is its portability.

The cushion can be folded and carried using its two handles or shoulder strap, making it easy to take along throughout the day.

On the lap

During use, KneedMe® To Go is placed over the thighs and knees of the seated user.

The shoulder strap can also be passed behind the lower back to help prevent the cushion from sliding off the lap.

The shoulder strap must never be used as a restraint or fastening device on a chair, in a car or anywhere else.

The product must not be used by the driver of a motor vehicle.

Pockets for a tablet

KneedMe® To Go incorporates pockets suitable for a tablet, making the portable design particularly useful during school, learning and leisure activities.

Cleaning and maintenance

KneedMe® To Go can be wiped with a cloth wrung out in warm soapy water.

The cover and inner ball bag can be washed separately in a washing machine, following the instructions on the care label.

Do not use stain remover.

Regular airing is recommended.

Important

People unable to care for themselves should not use KneedMe® To Go without supervision.

Do not use in people with pressure ulcers or at risk of developing pressure ulcers.

The shoulder strap must never be used as a restraint.

Do not use while driving a motor vehicle.

Keep the product away from open flames and heat-producing electrical appliances.
